K2K delivered a sports club facility for All Star Pvt. Ltd. in Jagatpura, Jaipur. The project brought a modern, purpose-built sports and recreation facility to one of Jaipur's rapidly developing residential corridors.
Scope of Work
The project covered full civil construction of the sports club building: RCC frame, external cladding and glazing, internal finishes to a commercial leisure specification, changing room and amenity block, and external civil works including car parking and landscaping hard works.
Challenges
Sports club facilities require a higher standard of internal finish than standard commercial construction, and the programme had to account for specialist flooring and court marking trades alongside the core civil work. K2K coordinated the specialist subcontractors under its main contract to ensure a single point of responsibility for the client.
Outcome
The sports club was handed over to All Star Pvt. Ltd. in 2022 and has been operational since.
