Aluminium Factory

K2K delivered a large-format aluminium extrusion and fabrication factory for Supreme Aluminium in the Ramchandpura Industrial Area, Jaipur — one of the city's principal industrial zones. The facility houses extrusion presses, a die shop, finishing lines, and a dedicated dispatch warehouse under a single continuous roof.

Scope of Work

The project covered design coordination, full civil and structural construction of the main factory shed, administrative block, and utility infrastructure. The factory structure required heavy-duty RCC foundations designed around the dynamic loads of industrial extrusion equipment, coordinated with the equipment vendor's anchor bolt layouts.

Challenges

Aluminium extrusion plants generate significant heat and require purpose-designed ventilation and extraction systems. K2K coordinated closely with the MEP contractor and equipment supplier to integrate extraction plenum runs into the structural steelwork before cladding, eliminating costly retrofits post-handover.

Outcome

The factory was handed over to Supreme Aluminium in 2025 and commenced production shortly after. The project is among K2K's largest industrial deliveries by floor area and demonstrated the team's capacity to manage complex, multi-trade industrial construction at scale.
