K2K delivered a warehouse facility for Bansal Enterprises in the Vishwakarma Industrial Area — one of Jaipur's most established industrial zones. The project provided the client with purpose-built storage and logistics infrastructure to support their operations.
Scope of Work
The project covered the full civil construction of a large-span industrial warehouse: structural steel frame, pre-engineered roofing, concrete floor slab to heavy-duty specification, roller shutter loading bays, and perimeter boundary wall with security access provisions.
Challenges
Vishwakarma Industrial Area is a dense, active industrial zone, requiring careful coordination of material deliveries to avoid congestion on shared access roads. K2K phased deliveries to off-peak hours and maintained a clean, organised site throughout.
Outcome
The warehouse was handed over to Bansal Enterprises in 2025 and is fully operational.
