K2K is currently delivering a pharmaceutical-grade chemical factory for Shri Ahimsa Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in Sawarda, on the outskirts of Jaipur. The facility will house API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) manufacturing lines and associated quality control laboratories under Schedule M compliant construction standards.
Scope of Work
The scope includes RCC framing, epoxy-finish flooring, cleanroom-grade internal partitioning, specialized drainage systems for chemical waste, and full MEP installation to pharmaceutical-grade specifications. External civil works include boundary wall, security infrastructure, and utility connections.
Challenges
Pharmaceutical factory construction requires a higher standard of finish and documentation than standard industrial work. Every material batch is tested and certified, and construction methodology must account for future regulatory audits by the Drug Controller. K2K's documentation protocols were adapted to produce the traceability records the client will need at the licensing stage.
Outcome
The project is currently on track for handover in 2026. Structural work is complete and MEP installation is underway.
