CRPF Admin Block

K2K delivered an administrative office block for the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) at their Nayla campus on the western outskirts of Jaipur. The project was executed under a government contract with stringent CPWD specification compliance requirements.

Scope of Work

The scope covered the full civil and finishing construction of a two-storey administrative block: RCC frame, brick masonry, government-specification internal finishes, and complete MEP installation. External works included approach roads, boundary wall extensions, and a flagpole plaza.

Challenges

Government construction projects operate under CPWD specifications that prescribe material grades, finish standards, and documentation requirements down to the smallest detail. K2K's QC team maintained a comprehensive site register aligned with CPWD measurement books, enabling smooth measurement and billing sign-off at every stage.

Outcome

The block was handed over to the CRPF in 2022, on programme and within the contract sum. The successful delivery strengthened K2K's credentials in government and paramilitary construction — a sector where compliance and trust are the primary selection criteria.
