K2K constructed an industrial shed cum building for Tirupati Stonex Pvt. Ltd. in Mokhampura. Like JBB Stones, Tirupati Stonex operates in the stone processing sector, and the facility provides integrated production and storage space for their operations.
Scope of Work
The project included a large-span structural steel shed with an attached building block for administration and quality control. The floor slab was designed to heavy-duty specification to handle stone block storage and processing equipment. External works included a hardstanding yard and boundary wall.
Challenges
The Mokhampura site required preparatory earth-filling and compaction work before structural construction could commence. K2K managed this groundworks phase in-house before proceeding to the superstructure.
Outcome
The facility was completed and handed over to Tirupati Stonex in 2023.
