K2K delivered a pharmaceutical-grade warehouse for D K Enterprises in Jaipur. The facility is designed for the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products, requiring temperature control provisions, clean internal finishes, and compliance with pharmaceutical storage guidelines.
Scope of Work
The project covered structural construction, epoxy-finish flooring, insulated roofing for temperature stability, clean internal wall finishes, and MEP installation including dedicated electrical circuits for temperature monitoring systems and fire suppression.
Challenges
Pharmaceutical warehouses are subject to inspection by drug regulatory authorities and must meet specific construction standards. K2K maintained detailed construction records and material certificates throughout the project to support the client's licensing documentation.
Outcome
The warehouse was handed over to D K Enterprises in 2023 and is operational within the pharmaceutical supply chain.
