K2K was engaged by Shree Ram Mega Structure Pvt. Ltd. to deliver a large-format industrial showroom and factory complex in Kishangarh — the marble capital of Rajasthan. The brief called for a structure that could house heavy fabrication equipment alongside a professional client-facing showroom, all within a single integrated footprint.

Scope of Work

The project encompassed full civil and structural construction from ground up: pile foundation, RCC frame, pre-engineered roofing, external cladding, and internal fit-out of the showroom wing. MEP coordination — electrical, plumbing, fire suppression — was handled under a single contract to eliminate interface delays.

Challenges

The Kishangarh site sits on expansive black-cotton soil requiring engineered pile foundations to depths not typically seen in light industrial construction. K2K's in-house quality lab conducted soil bearing tests on-site and designed a foundation solution that was both cost-effective and structurally sound.

Outcome

The facility was handed over on schedule, with the showroom wing operational ahead of the factory wing to allow the client to begin client visits during the final phase of factory fit-out. The client has since engaged K2K for a second phase expansion.
