Wires & Cable Factory

K2K constructed a wires and cable manufacturing facility for Nexon Modular Private Limited in Jagatpura, Jaipur. The facility houses production lines for electrical wires and cables, requiring robust power infrastructure and precise civil finishing to support sensitive manufacturing equipment.

Scope of Work

The project included RCC frame construction, industrial-grade floor slabs designed for heavy equipment loads, three-phase power infrastructure, ventilation provisions for the production environment, and a small administrative and quality control block attached to the main factory.

Challenges

Cable manufacturing facilities require careful coordination of embedded conduit and cable management infrastructure within the slab and structural elements before concrete is poured. K2K's site team worked directly with the equipment vendor's drawings to pre-install all required sleeves and anchor provisions.

Outcome

The factory was handed over to Nexon Modular in 2024 and has been in production since.
